Shipping Policy

 

CrystalDewStones Fine :  Items are all made to order. Once orders are placed they will go into production on the next business day. Production lead time is 2-3 weeks. Once production is complete, your item(s) will be shipped out within 2 business days. This means that, depending on your location, it may take 4 weeks from time of order placement for delivery to your doorstep.

CrystalDewStones Item :  Items are in stock and ready to ship. Once orders are placed they will be shipped out within 4 business days. 

All shipments are sent via Registered Post, this is one of the most reliable and secure options.

Flat fee rates are as follows:

Domestic Orders (Singapore only)- up to 2Kg/$10

International Orders- 250g/$12-

*For international orders please note that CrystalDewStones will not be responsible for any duties/taxes/fees that the package will incur upon arrival to it's destination. That is your responsibility as the purchaser. Sorry!
